Remote Help

Remote support is provided to clients by downloading and running a small program.

No installation takes place; the executable can be removed at any time.

When run the support client connects to a queue, I can chat and provide presentations, gather information and take corrective action. The link between us is secured by 448 bit encryption. I do not store information pertaining to clients on any server.

With the release of version 4 SimpleHelp have added a number of useful features and some may say crucially for Windows and Linux, removed the dependency upon the Java RTE.

Clients will be provided with a download link and customer password.

Remote help is charged at €20 for the first hour or part of and pro rata thereafter. If you require help contact me and I will email you with the download server address and issue you with a password.
